The new model includes 3 office days per week. These days have been assigned per team to ensure maximum synchronization. Please check with your direct manager to confirm your team's schedule.
The goal is to create a consistent team routine, so please adhere to the assigned days. Exceptional or one-time cases must be approved by your direct manager.
There should be sufficient parking for everyone. To help us manage the space correctly, please strictly follow the attached parking policy and guidelines.
We’ve added acoustic phone booths and we upgraded our old boxes! No booking is required (first-come, first-served). Please find them on the attached map and use them only when necessary to ensure availability for everyone.
As usual via Outlook/Google Calendar. We’ve added new meeting rooms, so please pay attention to the new names in the system.
Yes. However, it is the owner's responsibility to ensure the dog is house-trained (owners must clean up any accidents immediately) and does not disturb other employees in the workspace.
To preserve the new design, please do not hang anything without prior approval from the HR or Studio team. We want to ensure the office remains in top condition for everyone to enjoy.
The office serves many employees, so mutual consideration is key. Please try to speak softly in Open Space areas and respect those around you.
A: No. All office areas, including the main balcony and the small balcony, are strictly non-smoking.
